This data is used to manage your account, secure the platform, and allow you to fully enjoy the wecov service.

By creating an account, you consent to the use of your data within Wecov, as well as for any future services operated by Isota Technologies.

Account closure

You can close your account at any time via Settings > Close account or by contacting us. Your account will be deactivated and then deleted after a certain period. You can reactivate it before permanent deletion.

Data deletion

You can request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at contact@isota.ca. We will process your request in accordance with applicable legislation.

Identity verification (if applicable)

If identity verification is required, we may use a third-party provider (e.g., Persona) to:

• Verify your identity via an ID photo and selfie
• Process this data temporarily and securely

This data is deleted after a maximum period of six months, unless required otherwise by law.

Android application disclosure

In accordance with Google Play policies, we collect certain Android device data (e.g., phone number, installed app version). The phone number is only shared with another user after a reservation has been confirmed between two people sharing a trip.

Personal information protection officer

In accordance with Bill 25 (Quebec), we have designated a data protection officer.
